Helpshift platform consists of a mobile-focused SaaS solution, which aims to provide embedded support desk for native apps, allowing developers to capture device info from their users so that they can troubleshoot problems quicker and more effectively.
Helpshift looks to eliminate problems before they get to a support email in a few ways: it allows users to easily search FAQs from their phones, rather than scroll through all of the answers and if that doesn’t work, users can send a note that will automatically attach their device details so that they don’t have to type them out. Then, they are directed to an in-chat text-message like session with a representative.
