Emails are an indispensable part of modern communication. Especially for businesses, choosing the right email hosting provider is extremely important. The following services allow you to use Microsoft Exchange without hosting it:

  • Microsoft Office Exchange offers an email hosting service which provides 50 GB of email storage, up to 10,000 recipients and real-time data synchronization. Whether you are using Outlook on your work PC, accessing your email using Outlook Web App or using your smartphone, all your information stays in sync. Exchange ensures data safety even when your servers are down. With features like conversation view, you can quickly organize your mails. Scheduling is also made easier with their Calendar sharing feature. You can chose to run an Exchange server on-site or move to cloud hosting. They also offer a built-in anti-virus system which protects you from spam and phishing attacks. They offer two plans, one which is priced at $4 and the other at $8. Both provide easy integration with Google Apps, DropBox, Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, Zapier, Evernote, most major CRM software and popular social networking apps. However, the $4 plan does not provide unlimited storage, hosted voicemail and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
