- Zoho Mail provides its users an
unlimited number of inboxes, multi-domain hosting, custom URL, dual/split
delivery, domain aliases, sub-domain stripping, calendar syncing and archiving.
They provide one free plan and three paid plans for you to choose from. It has
a minimalistic design and completely ad-free even on its free plan. It has a
step-by-step wizard which helps you to quickly and easily set up an email. Zoho
offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee and built-in anti-virus protection and spam
filtering. It does not support SSL encryption, multi-domain hosting,
integration with Google Apps or provide custom URL on its free plan but these features
can be availed on paid plans.
- Aabaco Small Business by Yahoo

for $34.95 which is billed annually and business mail which costs $9.95 per
month. Each plan offers 20 MB email attachment size limits, access to email
using Microsoft Outlook, website customization, a domain name, email protection
with Norton AntiVirus Software and spam protection with SpamGuardPlus. With its

- MailSMART
by FuseMail offers two plans, a Standard plan at $2 and a Professional plan at
$5. It offers features like multi-domain hosting, the ability to sync email

With the feature of email archiving, you can prevent loss of data, however,
