Firstly, you need to sign up with CodeGuard on their website. Under their free trail period for first 14 days, you can backup one website with 1 GB of space. The process is quite simple, after signing up you can click on "Add WordPress Website" on Main Dashboard screen. Enter the website URL. On the next screen, it will ask you to download and install the CodeGuard plugin zip file on your WordPress Dashboard. You can upload it by clicking "Add new" on Plugin page. Click next and it will provide you the Unique Access Key. Copy and paste it in the CodeGuard plugin page on WordPress Dashboard. Come back to CodeGuard website and click on "Test Access Key" and it will activate the plugin. Once thats done, CodeGuard will automatically backup your website and database in every 24 hours. You can also click on "Create Backup" to manually backup your website and database.
