Are digital signatures legal internationally?

I use Docusign for all my contracts with vendors based in the US. Would these same contracts be legally binding for my vendors based internationally eg. in Asia or Africa?

Yes, digital signatures are legal internationally subject to compliance with relevant laws in force. In case of DocuSign, the digital signatures with them are legal in more than 188 countries. For digital signatures, the UK Electronic Communication Act is the legislation in effect in UK. DocuSign is the only company that keeps its digital signature solutions in compliance with the act. It is also in compliance with ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act in the United States as well as various other national laws round the globe.
