Is Subscription Billing Supported by any Payment Gateway in India?

I am based in India and have developed a SAAS product, however none of the Payment Gateways seem to provide the option for recurring billing. ChargeBee, Recurly and other products can not be used from here. What should I do?

Can you answer this question?

Razorpay has launched recurring billing as of November 2016, It started as an invite only service and I am not sure if it is widely available yet. You can read more about it here: https://razorpay.com/blog/introducing-recurring-payments-in-india/

Also Paytm has also launched recurring billing services, but unlike traditional subscription billing services, the money gets deducted from your Paytm wallet. You can read more about it here: https://yourstory.com/2017/03/paytm-rolls-out-recurring-billing-service-for-cloud-based-companies/

No, recurring billing is not supported by any payment gateway in India as RBI has mandated 2-step authentication. In your case, there are two solutions available. First is to go for 2chcekout. However, they cater to only specific categories. The other solution that you may want to look for is to go for any Indian payment gateway but model the subscriptions with a quarterly, semi-annually or yearly plan. It would at least save the hassles of customers having to enter their card detail every time.
